The client wanted to replace all the rotted and old wood present on the porch, along with the warped 20 year old banisters. We went with a custom made stain and powder coated banisters with a wider hand rail for plants.

Power-wash/ Stain Deck

This deck is hidden by large trees which doesn't get much sunlight. There was an excess of mold and moisture. Once power-washed, we gave the deck richness and depth with a mixed stain of dark mahogany and expresso. I used an oil based stain and sealant in one.
